All units are on ground level and the outdoor aisles between
buildings are wide for easy access.
The easy roll-up doors are 8' 8" x 9' for comfortable
access.
Each building has outdoor lighting within the lit compound.
All storage buildings are located in a fenced compound
equipped with surveillance cameras.
Every unit
has brush guards around the doors to prevent any
moisture or debris from getting into the unit. eg. snow
from going in the sides of the doors.
1 1/2" lip
completely around every building to prevent water from
entering the unit.
A water
drainage plan that was designed and approved to take
water off the site without flooding.
A one acre
water retention pond to control water drainage.
Night time
lights on all the time.
Snow
guards on the roofs to help prevent snow from falling on
our customers.
Eaves
troughs on every mini storage building to help control
rain water from coming off the roof.
Every unit is alarmed.
We have both heated and
unheated units available, with most of the units being
unheated.
All unheated
units have the following:
2" of
insulation in the ceiling to prevent condensation from
the roof.
Corrugated
sheet metal that goes from the floor to about 6" from
the ceiling.
Eve height
starts at 10' and goes to about 13 1/2' in the 10x20'
units. This means almost 50% more stacking space
than most mini storage buildings that are traditionally
8' high.
